The girls are on a roll now. We are getting 5 - 6 eggs a day. The eggs have continued to increase in size so that now we are getting some large size each day. We are so lucky to have such nice chicks, and they really don't ask for much in return, just food, water and shelter. The extra attention we throw in because we are animal nuts and can't help ourselves. I have been able to carry some of them around, they really seem to like it. We will be facing our first winter and that will present a challenge I'm sure but we'll manage.
